This Volkswagen ad was designed for the 2005 North American International Auto Show and placed on the back of the map given to attendees. Volkswagen secured a sponsorship for the map. On the reverse side of the map we showcased a full size Volkswagen New Beetle steering wheel with red "x's" placed on each side of the wheel. The text beneath each x reads "right thumb here" and "left thumb here." The tagline reads, "Once both hands are on, it's kinda hard to let go. Experience the real thing at the Volkswagen display." My writing partner on the project was Eitan Chitayat who is now Executive Creative Director of Natie and the photographer was the always incomparable and entertaining Bill Cash.
