Nollr is a highly customizable web-based start page with sharing features, widgets and more. Designed and devloped by my brother Jeff and I the project showcases the power of responsive design, systems thinking and dynamic web content. The Nollr page is made up of frames that come in two sizes and hold all kinds of content including images, links, video and RSS feeds.

We also designed series of "responsive" widgets to work with Nollr and to offer as free standalone web apps. The weather widget for instance changes color (light to dark) depending on the time of day and the (warm to cool) based on the temperature outside. Oak Studios in Brooklyn assisted in this effort and for the design of a scalable calculator.

Nollr was co-designed, branded, built and launched in partnership with my brother Jeff Vlahos who is currently a designer at Upstatement. Nollr was launched as a closed-beta release in September of 2012 and has attracted thousands of users.
